Exclusivity is a system rule, not a marketing word.

What "exclusive" means

One rep per territory. A territory is assigned to exactly one account, enforced in the system — not by promise. While you hold a territory, it cannot be sold, assigned, or shown as available to anyone else.

Plan caps are structural: Solo holds 1 territory at a time, Pro holds 3, Enterprise holds 10. Metros are capped too, so we never oversell a market.

Territory size & data

Every territory is built by the engine to contain at least 80 knockable doors — walkable blocks, scored door-by-door from county parcel records and solar permit filings (owner-occupancy, existing panels, block saturation).

Every number we show carries its age. Data refreshes with engine runs, and freshness timestamps are visible in the product and on our public demo territories.

Refresh cadence & swaps

Pro and Enterprise accounts get a fresh territory drop every month. Solo reps swap when their turf is worked out: once your logged outcomes take burn-down below roughly 15% of knockable doors remaining, request a swap and we assign fresh ground.

Enterprise territory assignment is white-glove within 48 hours, including swaps.

First-territory guarantee

If your first territory is materially wrong — the data doesn't match the ground, or the turf is unworkable in a way the scan should have caught — tell us within 14 days. We'll swap you to fresh territory free, or credit the month. Your call.

Beyond that, everything is month-to-month with self-serve cancellation; there are no long contracts to refund your way out of.

Cancellation & transfer

Cancel anytime from your billing page. Your territory stays yours until the end of the paid period, then returns to the pool. Territories are assigned to accounts and are not transferable between reps — if your team changes, Enterprise accounts can re-staff their territories freely.

When a market is full

If every territory in your market is claimed, your application goes on the waitlist for that market — in order. When a territory opens (a cancellation or a swap-back), the first rep in line gets 48 hours to claim it before it passes to the next. We'll also point out open turf in neighboring markets if you want it sooner.

Disputes

If you believe another KnockGenius rep worked your territory, email hello@knockgenius.com. Logged outcomes are the evidence — the founder reviews every dispute personally within 48 hours. Remedies run from a warning to territory reassignment to removing the offending rep from the platform.
