Up to ten per run. We confirm coverage for your ZIP codes before a pilot starts, and say so when a ZIP is not scored yet.

Every commercial building gets scored
Roof fit, estimated system size, bill band, SIC fit, and measured energy use from California Energy Commission benchmarking. Government, schools, and dry-goods warehouses stay out unless they use a million kWh a year or more.

Owner-occupied buildings come first
Tier 1 is owner-occupied. Tier 2 is landlord-owned, or an owner we have not confirmed, and the row says which. Then by score, with ties going to the system size closest to 0.5 to 1 MW. Export the ranked list as CSV or XLSX.
