Where does the data come from?

We combine available public and licensed parcel records, observed solar permits, roof measurements, utility-rate data, and Census neighborhood data. Coverage, dates, and parcel matching vary by source. Owner-occupancy signals and savings figures are estimates, and a missing permit record does not establish that a home has no solar.

Is my territory really exclusive?

KnockGenius assigns each territory to one subscriber at a time. That assignment applies within KnockGenius; other companies may work the same area, and homeowners may speak with other reps.

Do you sell homeowner leads?

No. KnockGenius provides territory intelligence and ranked knock-lists for California solar sales professionals. Reps use the records to plan their own outreach and log field outcomes.
